SBD – Small Business Development
The SBD focuses on empowering micro businesses and startup companies at every stage of their development journey.  This division aims to leverage business knowledge and best practices to support the establishment of fundamental processes for their operations.   The company aids clients on research and development, company formation, finance recommendations, grant/proposal write-ups, and policies and procedures development.  In addition, the company assists its clients in the initial steps of financial recording, bookkeeping, and reporting.

CFP – Credit Finance & Procurement Services
The CFP unit provides additional support to our clients’ procurement and finance departments.  It provides a one-stop financial management unit for all product purchases and cash flow management by assisting in the development of purchasing procedures, inventory controls and vendor pricing.  From time to time, the company may finance, on a short term basis, the purchase orders for its clients, as long as, the clients remain in good standing.  This strategy enables clients to expand their lines of credit and focus on driving their business growth.    

PFD – Project Finance and Development
The PFD unit acts as the primary development agency for all projects presented to the firm.  Under this unit, an extensive analysis is performed on the profitability and feasibility of all projects.  
A corporate director will oversee all aspects of funding and project management to ensure the protection of capital, as well as, the feasibility of a positive rate of return.

VCI- Venture Capital Investment
The VCI unit was created to aid the client in assembling a comprehensive financial package that would attract external parties and investors for project financing.  This unit serves as a curator, showcasing projects that are ideal for presentation to both the group and community members. It provides valuable opportunities for engagement and resource utilization.     

MCS - Management Consultant Services
The MCS unit was established to enhance our service portfolio and support our clients in strategic management and business growth.  It serves as the primary unit for new project development and client assistance program.  

SMM – Social Media Marketing Division
The SMM unit was developed to advice our clients in the new world of social media marketing and management.  We focus on core marketing values and how they apply to the new world of customer’s social media networks. 

TCMS – Technology Consulting, Management & Sourcing

The TCMS division helps organizations stay ahead in an ever-changing digital landscape. We advise clients on adopting and integrating next-generation technology platforms—ranging from artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning to cloud computing, automation, and data analytics—to drive growth and efficiency.
