Membership Application Confidentiality agreement: All items entered on this application will be maintained confidential. If the group decides on not to accept the applicant, he/she may request at anytime (in writing) that this document be deposed from our files and records.

Document Protection Clause: Under no circumstance may the applicant make any copy of this or any other documents within the system, nor it is allowed to disseminate them without the express written consent of the group. Any breach of this clause may result in a direct legal action for distribution of proprietary information and dissemination of the firm's intellectual capital and resources. The firm advice the applicant that, if it is forced to seek legal actions, all cost, including attorney and court fee will be covered by the applicant.
